The Laramie County Conservation District is teaming up with Curt Gowdy State Park, the South East Wyoming Muley Fanatics, The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, the Wyoming Game and Fish Trust Fund, the Laramie County Weed and Pest, and the Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities to help eliminate cheat grass from the park. Cheat grass is an introduced and invasive grass that quickly out-competes our native grasses causing numerous ecological problems.
